The Trésor Hospitality’s team oversaw the crucial stages of transformation of a former mall into a luxury hotel on the cosmopolitan Mykonos Island. Every space had to be given a new functionality and be interconnected to the whole complex. Through this, Trésor Hospitality was able to articulate the new fundamental elements of Portes Mykonos.
Apart from the Feasibility Study, the final stage of the one-year project was to work with the branding of the new hotel, to create a reputation and image that reflected the essence of the brand and apply the 360 management services.
Boasting a privileged location just 2 km away from Mykonos Chora and 850 m. from Psarou, the most cosmopolitan beach of the island, the hotel blends traditional, white-washed architecture with contemporary touches in 13 spacious luxury suites and villas providing modern facilities and a selection of high-end services.
Portes Mykonos revolutionized the boutique hotel sector by showcasing what flexibility and creativity can produce through an elaborate concept, fitted into a pre-existing structure. Just from the first year of operation in 2016, under Trésor Hospitality’s management, the hotel received praising reviews and very satisfactory revenue.
