Trésor Hospitality has led the product development and market development strategy for the creation of Lights of Mykonos, which was previously residences in Fanari area. After the transformation of the houses into rental villas, the brand set new hospitality standards and defined a new lodging classification within the hospitality scene of Mykonos.
Trésor Hospitality was involved in all stages of the transformation, from appointing the interior designer to set up the initial business plan for the villas and monitor the operations for three years.

Cycladic architecture is prominent as well as the Cycladic allure that inspired the decoration. Located in Fanari area, the region with the highest elevation on the island offering to their privileged guests a stunning panoramic view of sunsets, the five villas are designed to deliver comfort and tailored services.
Since its launch in 2014, the concept has been further fine-tuned and boasted a constant raised revenue performance. Due to a focused marketing strategy, it has built a solid international reputation while at the same time it ranked high in the travelers’ choices, most of whom became its loyal visitors.

HIP Hospitality monitored the investment from the beginning, delivering a Feasibility Study, offering Pre-opening activities and providing 360 Management Services during the years 2014-2015.
