Trésor Hospitality took over the Marina Ermioni Project, a new luxury Marina that is planned to be constructed within Ermioni, expected to be operational by end of 2025. Trésor Hospitality is involved in the development of the business plan, the Pre-Opening services and consequently the management of the new hotel that is going to operate in the marina.
Marina Ermioni, will be a private marina covering an area of approximately 15,000 sqm, situated at the Limani outer harbor, facing the Ermioni Hermes football ground. Construction of the Ermioni Marina began in September 2023, starting with the dredging of the designated area.
The exclusive marina will blend discretely into the natural safe harbor and will accommodate approximately 200 yachts, up to 65m in length. The complex will have its own bars, restaurants, and shops, rental offices and chandlery. The new Marina will also provide a luxury hotel facility. The hotel will boast 15 luxury suites with direct access to the dock and to all the facilities available in the marina.
This project focuses on developing a detailed business plan for the upcoming luxury hotel while also ensuring that the launch unfolds seamlessly and results in a successful introduction to the market.
