Τhe Project

Mythique was one of the first villas complex project paving the path of a hotel brand consisting of design villas. Positioning was the challenge here, as even on the cosmopolitan island of Santorini, villas were an uncharted area.

Once again, Trésor Hospitality proved to be a trailblazer planning the Feasibility Study, organizing the pre-opening and taking care of the 360 management. The outcome was a paradigm of villas functionality and branding along with an international reputation.

The Hotel

Set in the scenic Oia Village, Mythique consists of three top notch design villas designed to deliver premium hospitality. The three exquisite Caldera view villas define the new notion of discreet luxury as they combine the services of a luxury hotel in Santorini with the privacy and exclusivity of an independent residence.

Results

Trésor Hospitality oversaw the whole branding and monitored the performance of sales in order to turn the aspiring hotel into an inspiring branding. From 2017 to 2018, Mythique reached the top of ranking in reviews while at the same time raised its revenue and built a list of repeaters.
