Melograno Villas evolves around the idea of offering a bespoke accommodation that constitutes of three tailored villas on the relaxing island of Astypalaia. Based on the core values of discreet luxury, boutique design and a maximum in personalized service, this Trésor Hospitality’s project includes concept optimization, creation of a pricing strategy and an international clientele list.

All project steps since 2013 were executed in close personal relation with the owners, a fruitful communication that adds an additional touch of diligence up to today.

The Hotel

The luxury Villa complex of Melograno places itself in the center of interesting on Astypalaia Island featuring three villas with different character, decoration and ambience. The amazing font of the Aegean portrays the harmonious blend of Astypalaia’s tradition with the enchanting beauty of the setting and the discreet luxury of Melograno.

Results

Trésor Hospitality’s concept has aimed to combine the cozy atmosphere with the signature style without neglecting the reliable service of a hotel. The relationship between the villa complex and the international travelers has blossomed, as well as the revenue, while the digital approach of the website has proven even more productive.
