Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels in Greece or abroad, or luxury restaurants.
- Excellent command of the English language and at least one second foreign language.
- Professional appearance.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude with a willingness to contribute, knowledge, and effective guidance of the team.
- Knowledge of the Greek hotel market.
- Experience in staff management.
- Experience in organizing concept events.
- Experience in implementing hygiene and safety policies and procedures.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Graduate of a Tourism Business School.
