The new Odera Tinos Autograph Collection hotel, with 77 rooms (2 restaurants, 3 bars, spa, a conference center for 120 people, and a beach), in collaboration with the award-winning chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos, is looking for a candidate for the 2025 season for the following position:

Chef de Partie

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate of a Culinary Arts School.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at boutique 4/5-star hotels or luxury restaurants.
• Ability to stay calm and resilient under pressure.
• Knowledge of English.
